Her professionalism and understanding of our unique business have made the annual renewal process very smooth, which makes for great peace of mind. She is always looking out for the best interest of my business and it is reflected in our quotes. I highly recommend Rhonda and eSportsInsurance for any of their services.”
Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.
Gymnastics is an excellent sport for improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and more. Training and competing in gymnastics also teach valuable skills like self-discipline and mastery. Owning or operating a gymnastics center is about providing students with these benefits, among many others.
While instructing gymnastics can certainly be conducted safely, there are always risks to teaching and practicing gymnastics, operating a gymnastics center, or hosting a gymnastics competition.
Even if the gymnastics school has taken all realistic precautions, it can still be held liable for injuries and other issues related to its events and facilities.
Our insurance policies for gymnastics coaches and facilities allow you to focus on providing your services with peace of mind knowing that you are protected against potential risk.
We offer both general liability and accident medical insurance for gymnastics facilities and programs that teach the following exercises:
Our general liability insurance policy provides coverage for claims and lawsuits that allege bodily injury or property damage.
General liability covers up to a specific amount to spectators and other non-members of your organization who file a lawsuit against your gymnastics business. Fortunately for policyholders, investigation of the claim and adjustment of any potential payout are taken care of by the insurance company.
This includes injury of a gymnast, coach, or spectator that may be due to negligence on the part of the named insured. Gymnastics injuries, in particular, may occur as a result of incidents including, but not limited to, falling from beams, rings, or other equipment, and injuries due to improper landing. General liability also covers property damage that may be due to negligence on the part of the named insured.
Our excess accident medical policy helps pay for out-of-pocket medical costs for an injured gymnastics student or instructor. Injuries do happen when participating in youth and adult gymnastics classes and competitions, and an accident medical policy can keep injured students or instructors from facing a serious financial burden due to medical bills from an injury.
Covered individuals would encompass all registered members of your organization, including participants and volunteers, so long as the injury happened during a covered activity.
The policy pays medical bills for a member who is injured at your school or during activities you sponsor, if, either the member has no health insurance, or the medical bills exceed what the member’s insurance will pay.
