Insurance for Events: Festivities, Performers & Vendors
A variety of events, including concerts, shows, balls, recitals, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, tournaments, and performances are happening across the country, both small and large. We’re here to insure those events and protect the leaders and organizations making these festivities happen.
These events are beneficial, particularly after the pandemic, for numerous reasons, including fostering a connection between people, developing community strength, and the growth of businesses. Insurance prevents these good activities from being abandoned due to their risks. Even if an event organizer has taken every reasonable safety measure, it may still be held accountable.
There are risks associated with hosting these events, and eSportsInsurance wants to protect you and your organization from the risks associated with hosting these events so you have peace of mind and are empowered to concentrate on making awesome events.

Event Entertainers & Performers
eSportsInsurance offers insurance coverage for a variety of public performers! While public performances can be both fun and profitable, there are risks to being a public performer. Our General Liability policies are specifically geared toward both for-profit and non-profit special event performers.
Policies are available for the following types of performers:
Performer liability policies provide coverage for claims and lawsuits alleging bodily injury of a spectator or property damage to a location occupied by the performer.

Event Vendors
eSportsInsurance offers insurance coverage for a variety of special event vendors! While promoting your products or services can be both fun and profitable, there are risks to being a special event vendor.
Our General Liability vendor policies are specifically geared towards both for-profit and non-profit special event vendors.
Vendor liability policies provide coverage for claims and lawsuits alleging bodily injury of an event attendant or spectator or property damage to a facility or location rented or occupied by the event vendor.

General Liability Insurance for Events
Our general liability insurance policy provides coverage for claims and lawsuits that allege bodily injury or property damage.
General liability covers up to a specific amount to spectators and other non-members of your organization who file a claim or lawsuit against your business. Fortunately for policyholders, investigation of the claim and adjustment of any potential payout is taken care of by the insurance company.
General liability also covers property damage that may be due to negligence on the part of the named insured.
Accident Medical Insurance for Events
Our excess accident medical policy helps pay for out-of-pocket medical costs for injured participants. Injuries do happen when participating in events, and an accident medical policy can keep companies from facing a serious financial burden due to medical bills from an injury.
Covered individuals would encompass all registered participants of the event, including volunteers, so long as the injury happened during a covered activity.
The policy pays medical bills for a member who is injured at your event, if, either the member has no health insurance, or the medical bills exceed what the member’s insurance will pay.
