Sports Equipment Coverage
An Equipment Policy, also known as an Inland Marine policy, covers damage or loss of sports equipment for many risks, such as fire and theft. An equipment policy is recommended for sports organizations with a significant amount of equipment, such as uniforms, pads, helmets, balls, and practice equipment.
If the equipment is damaged or stolen (subject to policy terms and exclusions), the value of the damaged or stolen equipment will be paid out to the sports group on an actual cash value basis.
Example of Claim: $10,000 of football pads, helmets, and uniforms are stolen from a locked storage shed.
Equipment coverage limits begin at $10,000. Custom limits and deductible options are available upon request.
