Accident Medical Insurance
Our Amateur Youth and Adult Sports Injury and Accident Insurance coverage provides accident medical insurance for all team members, participants,
coaches and managers injured while practicing, competing or participating in games
or sponsored and supervised activities. Coverage is also provided for group travel
directly to and from sponsored and supervised activities.
Accident medical expense benefits of $5,000 or higher are available.
The policy provides coverage for charges usually made by physicians and providers of health care service for usual and customary medical treatment.
The plan also provides an accidental death benefit of $10,000.
The policy is written on an excess basics, meaning the plan pays the difference of what
the primary insurance of the claimant does not pay: example deductibles,
co-insurance, etc. However, if no other insurance exists,
this policy would become primary and pay medical expenses,
subject to the deductible chosen.
